Red Raven Studios is a safe haven place to create and shoot photos.  Everyone present is entitled to be comfortable in the studio.  Please be respectful of those around you. You may be removed from the studio by the owner at any given time for any reason we see fit.

MODELS

We require a model release form for each model photographed at Red Raven Studios.  This ensures copyright assignment, as well as keeping a record of models present at shoots, contact information, and preferred social media tagging.

 

PHOTOGRAPHERS

We require a photographer release form for each photographer while shooting at Red Raven Studios.  This ensures copyright assignment, as well as keeping a record of photographers present at shoots, contact information, and preferred social media tagging.

PHOTO TURNAROUND TIME

• Please get proofs and/or final images to the models you worked with, as well as to the studio, within 2 weeks of the photo shoot date.

• Please be sure to contact all parties involved if images will take longer than this due to editing, scheduling conflicts, etc.

PAYMENT TERMS & SCHEDULING

• Once you pay for an event, payment is non-refundable. 

• Payment cannot be transferred to another date or event.

SCHEDULING

• Once payment is received, a time slot will be given to you.  We will try to accommodate specific requests when we are able.  Your spot is only reserved when payment is received.

• If you need to do hair and/or makeup in the studio, please arrive before your scheduled time slot.

• If you miss your scheduled time, you will have to wait for the other models to finish shooting before you will be able to shoot.
