I, the undersigned (“the Photographer”), hereby grant and authorize Red Raven Studios with the commercial right to take, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken within the studio or studio events. Commercial use defined as in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.

COMMERCIAL USE

1. The Photographer shall own all rights in the Work which shall accrue to the benefit of his/her successors, legal representatives and assigns. Red Raven Studios owns the commercial rights to the Work to use for promotion of events etc.

2. Any permission granted to Red Raven Studios shall extended to his/her successors, legal representatives, licensees, and shall be irrevocable and perpetual without any further or additional claim for compensation by the model.

3. Use of the Work shall be unrestricted as to the location, quantity or frequency, may be for any purpose and in any medium whatsoever, whether foreseen or unforeseen at this time, except where such use is in contravention of the law.

4. Permission herein granted is absolute and final and shall not be subject to further inspection or approval by the Model at any stage in the use of the Work.

5. Notwithstanding the above, the following are specifically noted and agreed to and specific listed here shall take precedence the restrict the use of the Work accordingly:

 

I the Photographer understand that at no time shall I be paid, reimbursed, compensated, or given royalties, now or at any point in the future.
